You cannot buy the Revolution. You cannot make the Revolution. You can only be the Revolution. It is in your spirit, or it is nowhere. - Ursula K. Le Guin

I am a 2024 Sea Grant Knauss Fellow serving as a Coastal Hazards and Mitigation Specialist with FEMA’s Community Infrastructure Resilience Branch and the Coastal States Organization. I earned my PhD in Earth and Planetary Sciences and Archaeology from Harvard University in 2023. I am passionate about paleoceanography, archaeology, labor organizing, and storytelling. I previously served as the Vice President of the Harvard Graduate Student Union (HGSU-UAW) and believe that activism is integral to scientific work. I am also a graduate of University of Washington in Seattle, where I received my Bachelors in Oceanography and began my journey in Earth sciences.

I row, organize, and perform comedy wherever I'm planted. I believe good science tells a story, and I'm on a journey to create a lasting story.
